Guvon Hotels & Spas are proud to renew their partnership with FNB eBucks in 2015, for Spa packages at its four Guvon Spas.
eBucks Rewards is FNB’s rewards programme that enables one to earn eBucks for doing everyday activities like shopping, filling up with fuel and loading airtime. One can spend the eBucks earned, on travel, books, CDs, flowers, fashion and now also Spa treatments.
“Our selection of Spas offer FNB eBucks clients the opportunity of relaxing in a Spa situated in the countryside, on a golf course or on a Big 5 Game reserve,” says Christa Badenhorst, Group Marketing Manager for Guvon Hotels & Spas. “Aside from regular spa menu items, each Spa also put together a few packages, reserved exclusively for FNB eBucks clients”.
Spas are not a luxury any longer. This was the conclusion reached at a recent panel discussion at the Les Nouvelles Spa Conference. According to guest speaker Marisa Farinha Lloyd, Chief Energy Officer at Deloitte, work-life integration has become a struggle. Employees are overwhelmed, have high cortisol levels and sleepless nights due to stress, all building up to burn out. Spas provide a space of recovery and mindfulness, and should be incorporated in a regular wellness routine.
“At Guvon we are acutely aware of the stress employees have to deal with in the corporate world,” Badenhorst concluded. “We applaud FNB for taking a step towards wellness by including Spas in their eBuck rewards programme.”
