Just picked up this article from the latest Business Events Africa magazine on page 18 by Georgie Colling, on when us as venues really dont mind paying commission to conference and event organsisers. Most organisers fail on points 5 and 6. And if you manage to get a tick for point 9 you have a gem of an organiser. Should venues even pay commision if all ten items are not ticked? Me thinks not.
