Monitored work-place experience ensures candidates receive the necessary “real world” training which is desperately required by employers and industry leaders.
Their international accreditation with the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH) in the United Kingdom (UK) and the Chartered Institute of Tourism and Hospitality (ITHSA) means that their learning programmes are endorsed by industry leaders and it is globally recognised.

• Level 2 Basic Programme in Culinary Skills;
• Level 3 Foundation Programme in Professional Cookery;
• Level 3 Intermediate Programme in Professional Cookery;
• Level 4 Upper Intermediate Programme in Professional Culinary Arts;
• Level 3 Foundation Programme in Tourism and Hospitality Management;
• Level 4 Undergraduate Programme in Tourism and Hospitality Management;
• Level 5 Advanced Programme in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
